"Great company. I have had nothing but great service and a great product from Xceleration Fitness. In particular, Roy Crocker, who has been servicing my account since the beginning, has been fantastic to work with. In this day and age, when calls are often routed, numbered and automated, it is great to work with a company that actually ANSWERS the phone, personally, knows who you are, and follows up to make sure you are completely happy with the product. I purchased a Startrac Pro Treadmill and couldn't be more pleased. The condition is outstanding and the company stands behind their product. If anything should be needed at all, they will take care of it, no questions asked. Even as a small client (as many of their customers are companies), I feel that I have been treated just as important as the big guys. Thanks for the great service and equipment, Roy I will recommend you to everyone I know."
